2.1 By becoming a member you give us the right to store & use your data for internal use.

2.3 All payments made via credit card to your account are in your name and you are the authorised user of the card. You also hold responsibility for any problems arising from the use of your credit card.

3.0 Listing a Vehicle
3.1 You confirm and agree that you are the registered owner or authorised disposer of the listed vehicle and that you have permission to list it.
3.2 U-Sell reserves the right to withdraw your listing for any given reason and at any time.
3.3 Any disputes arising between the Buyer & Seller must be dealt with by the Buyer & Seller.
3.4 U-Sell takes no responsibility for any damaged, stolen, incorrectly described vehicles that you purchase through this website or any mis-pricing of vehicles.

4.1 Credit is non-refundable after payment successful, if payment is over $100.00 refunds may be accepted (refund will be 90% of total paid as credit card fees & penalties will be deducted)

5.1 While U-Sell strives to make promotions last as long as possible (or to their expiry date), we cannot guarantee all promotions will be held for the specified time period.
